Enjoy the taste

Mango and Coriander Delight
Glass:Wine glass
Ingredients
1 tablespoon (tbs) coriander leaves
2/3 tbs chopped mango
30 ml vodka
1 tbs chopped apples
Red wine to top
Garnish: Slice of orange, orange/lime peel, coriander sprig
Method
Muddle coriander and mango in a mixing glass
Add vodka
½ fill wine glass with ice cubes
Add a tbs each chopped mango and apple
Top with wine
Pour in the muddled mango, coriander and vodka mixture and stir
Sit in a slice or two of orange, fresh coriander and some peel on the rim
Serve!

Liquid Fruit Salad
Glass: Tall glass
Ingredients
45 ml French grape vodka
2-3 lychees, cut into bits
1/2 a peach, cut into cubes
5 cubes of mango
Few mint leaves
2 wedges of lime
Crushed ice
Splash of lime juice
Splash of lychee juice
Method
Put lychees, peach, mango and the mint in the glass
Muddle all of it
Put some crushed ice
Pour the lychee juice, a dash of limejuice
Add the vodka
Stir
Top with some more crushed ice
Serve!

Red Heat
Glass: Wine glass
Ingredients
150 ml red wine
150 ml Grape Juice
4-5 drops Angostura bitters
15-20 ml cognac
Garnish: demerara sugar rim, grape
Method
Rim the glass with demerara sugar
Start with 4-5 drops Angostura bitters in glass
Pour in the grape juice and red wine
Pour cognac in another wine glass and warm it to flame
Add flaming cognac into the ready drink
Garnish with grape

After Anything
Glass: Old fashioned
Ingredients
30 ml vodka
15 ml triple sec
15 ml Chocolate mint liqueur
Splash of milk/cream (optional)
Method
Fill glass with ice
Pour ingredients over ice
Stir
Garnish option: Kit Kat

Demerara Mist Scotch
Glass: Collins
Ingredients
45 ml scotch
7-8 mint leaves
10 ml lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup
2 tsps demerara sugar
Crushed ice
Mint leaves for garnishing
Method
In a glass muddle the mint leaves, demerara sugar, lime juice and sugar syrup together.
Add some crushed ice and mix with a stirrer
Pour in the scotch, some more crushed ice and mix again
Slide in a straw, garnish and serve

Invincible
Glass: Old fashioned and shot glass
Ingredients
45 ml scotch
1/2 a sliced banana
1 scoop of ice-cream
1 scoop of crushed ice
1 shot of an energy drink
A cherry, lemon wedge and mint leaves for garnishing
Method
Blend the whisky, banana, ice cream and ice together for 30 secs
Pour into an old fashioned glass
Pour the energy drink into a shot glass
Place 2 stirrers on the rim of the old fashioned glass and carefully balance the shot glass on them
Drop the shot glass into the drink by whacking the stirrers with another bottle. Serve!Red Heat

Mai Tai
Glass: Hawaii/Tall
Ingredients
30 ml Dark Jamaican
30 ml Golden Over-proof Rum
15 ml orange liqueur
15ml almond syrup or almond liqueur
4 lime wedges
Splash lime juice
Garnish: 2 cherries, pineapple wedge, pineapple leaf, mint leaves
Method
Add crushed ice to shaker
Pour all ingredients over ice
Squeeze and drop the lime wedges in
Shake for 10 seconds
Taste to adjust flavours
Fill glass with crushed ice
Pour drink over ice
Garnish

Desperado
Glass: Brandy Balloon
Ingredients
45 ml spice gold rum
2/3 lime wedges
1 tablespoon honey
1 large cinnamon stick
2 cloves
Hot water
Method
Pour scotch in glass
Add spices, honey
Squeeze in the lime wedges
Pour in steaming water over a metal spoon
Stir

Sundown Squirrel
Glass: Old Fashioned
Ingredients
45 ml scotch
15 ml Campari
1 orange slice
1 clove
Hot water
Method
Put orange slice in glass
Muddle gently to release flavours
Add clove, scotch and Campari
Pour steaming water and stir

Hot Chocolate Cow
Glass: Wine
Ingredients
Hot Chocolate (chocolate sauce plus hot milk)
30 ml orange liqueur
(Optional) 15 ml vanilla vodka
Garnish: Kit kat
Method
Pour chocolate sauce in glass
Add hot milk. Stir
Pour in the orange liqueur
Garnish

Mexican Dusk
Glass: Wine
Ingredients
30 ml tequila
15 ml coffee liqueur
15 ml Irish cream liqueur
Hot black coffee
Cream
Ice cream
2 sachets (teaspoons) Demerara sugar
Garnish: Cinnamon & sugar rim
Method
Rim glass with cinnamon sugar
Add tequila. Warm and let flame
Roll the flame to caramelise sugar
Pour in the coffee and demerara sugar. Stir
Add the ice cream and cream
Top with coffee liqueur and cream liqueur

Chocolate Cream Martini

Glass: Martini

Ingredients
30-45ml Vodka
15-30ml Irish cream liqueur
Melted chocolate to line glass
Ice
Garnish:chocolate cigar

Method
Line the martini glass with melted chocolate
Put ice in the mixing can
Pour in the cream liqueur and vodka on the ice
Shake and strain into glass.
Garnish

Cherry Martini

Glass: Martini

Ingredients
45ml Gin
15ml dry vermouth
15ml cherry liqueur
splash fresh cherry juice
Cherries

Method
Put ice in the mixing can
Pour a shot of gin on the ice
Pour a capful of vermouth
Pour a shot of cherry liqueur
Pour a shot of cherry juice
Shake
Strain into the glass
Garnish it with cherries

Classic Dry Martini (with a special twist!)

Glass: Martini

Ingredients:
60ml Polish rye vodka (chilled)
A breeze of scotch
Garnish: 3 dry vermouth soaked olives on a cocktail stick

Method:
Fill martini glass with ice and keep to chill
Add plenty of ice in the cocktail shaker and pour in the chilled vodka
Dip a stirrer into a bottle of scotch
Stir the vodka and ice with the scotch-lined stirrer
Strain into the chilled glass.Stick in the olive stick, Aah!

Green Apple Martini

Glass: Martini


Ingredients:
60ml clean American vodka
10ml green apple syrup
Garnish: Slice of red apple

Method:
Fill martini glass with ice and keep to chill
Fill shaker with ice
Pour the vodka and apple syrup
Stir and strain into chilled glass
Slide in the slice of apple

Espresso Martini

Glass: Martini

Ingredients:
45ml Swedish vanilla vodka
15ml Mexican coffee liqueur
½ shot espresso coffee
10ml hazelnut syrup
Garnish: 2 mint rings

Method:
Fill martini glass with ice and keep to chill
Fill shaker with ice
Pour all the ingredients over the ice
Shake and strain into chilled glass
Sit the mints on a stick over the rim
